Our client is a US-based Fortune 1000 company providing electronics manufacturing services (EMS) services to OEMs of telecommunication equipment, computers and related products for business enterprises, video/audio/entertainment products, industrial control equipment, testing and instrumentation products and medical devices.


Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage all aspects of supplier selection and development activities related to New Product Introduction (NPI), Prototype and Production business.
  • Supplier selection and development activities encompass PCB and other related mechanical commodities.
  • Responsible for overall management of supplier performance, cost, quality and delivery to meet company's objectives.
  • Fault/failure Analysis (FA) research, to provide the appropriate reports with supporting statistical data and QC tools. Activities include performing visual, dimensional mechanical inspection per customer specifications
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Electrical/ Electronics manufacturing environment
  • Familiar with suppliers on high mix/ low vol added advantage for fabricated and PCB industry
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of quality management such and CQE, certified Lead Assessor of the Assessor for ISO 9000 is an added advantage
