Our client is a US-based, Nasdaq-listed electronics company in the semiconductor industry. Due to growth and expansion in their business in China, they would like to invite experienced and results- driven individuals to join them as Snr Manager / Director , Market Development for China.

Jobs Responsibilities
  • Responsible for positioning the company as a strategic supplier within the region of China with global & key indigenous customers and Channel partners.
  • Drive the Growth of the Regional Business such that to OutGrow the market
  • Create strategic plans to support the specific regional market growth.
  • Develop organizational and operational goals and objectives that will drive long term sustainable growth for the company's products and revenues over time.
  • Develop Regional Sales Plan that will set the strategic and tactical objectives to support the company and regional key success metrics
  • Develop his/her organizational excellence through continual technical, interpersonal and business skills development
  • Implement operational processes and disciplines that insure goal and objective alignment across all geographical and divisional boundaries
  • Drive Customer/Distributor/organizational relationships key levels among organizations
  • Develop a cooperative partnership environment between the company and the customer/distributor by driving timely and productive resolution to issues or problems.

Jobs Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering/Science/Business Administration with minimum 10 years of sales experience in the electronics / semiconductor industry
  • Ideal candidate speaks English, Cantonese & Mandarin fluently and has previous working knowledge of China market and understands China regional business and cultural diversity
  • Some level of management experience managing direct resources and possibly other indirect teams. Demonstrated ability to interface with senior management within assigned accounts
  • Able to operationalize Goals with Working/linked team members
  • Candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse set of personalities and cultures regionally and work across different levels of the Organisation
